The Society is managed by dedicated and eminent founder members with vast and varied experience from various fields. Presently, the Society is working under the supervision & chairmanship of Mr. Anshul Saini (Advocate) & Director Miss. Shalini Saini with overall esteem guidance of Sh. H.K. Chaand Saini, the founder of the Society & the Founder Chairman.

At Sharan College of Education, each child is valued as a learner with his own strength and needs. We make sure that each child’s passion for learning and his or her need for self-construction time is nourished through strong emotional teacher student bonding. The motto of the school “Love & Unity” is fostered in their teachers hearts and minds along with providing an appropriate leverage to their intellectual development with the latest trends and techniques of education, bringing forth talented, confident children equipped to face the challenges they are offered , and become worthy members of the society.

Modern education is all about helping the child to realize and explore his potentialities and latent talents. Our children represent our hopes and dreams. As a parent, you want the best for your child and we are proud to be working with you to ensure that they are given the right knowledge to face future challenges.

Our students at Sharan College of Education excel in academics as well as in cultural activities, sports, national and international level and other number of opportunities that allow them to have access to an environment which is healthy as well as competitive. Value oriented process is crucial for a schools all round developments. Emotional stability of a child plays a very significant role in their healthy growth. In order to achieve this it is very important for our staff to have very good interaction and one to one rapport with our students.
This open and interactive approach also helps in discovering and strengthening the inherent talent of our students. We are certain that our students of yesterday, today and tomorrow will carry forward the motto of love and unity entrusted in their hands at Sharan College of Education. We hope that they will always do well in their academic and personal life and keep up the high values they have learnt at their alma mater.

Here at Sharan College of Education we prepare our students for the real test that is life. We inspire them to outdo themselves and strive for excellence.

It is sheer joy to watch our little angels grow wings, soar high and conquer the skies but, at Sharan College of Education our dream does not end with just their academic and professional achievements.
Our main objective is to see our students understand, remember and act upon the concept that the world needs not only well-educated and intelligent people, but it needs people who are morally upright and virtuous. We need people who extend their hands to help others and stand to unite the world. I truly want the last two lines of our schools mission statement to remain in the heart and soul of our Sharan College of Education throughout their lives.

This is what we at Sharan College of Education are striving to do, Our role is identical to that of a gardener and we strive to perform this role to the best of our ability by nurturing these ‘seeds’ at Sharan College of Education so that they bear the “ Best Fruits ” in the years to come. I am very grateful to each and every member of the Sharan College of Education Fraternity, our staff who know very well how to synchronize and harmonize with our process of growth, our students who constantly show by their performance and conduct that it makes a difference to be a student of Sharan College of Education and last but not the least our respected parents whose trust inspires us to move ahead.

Our organization represents a cross section of the society and is a rich blanket of multi cultural diversity. Children come to us from varied cultural, social, racial and religious backgrounds. Within school they learn to live together as one big family, regardless of their roots and create newer and stronger bonds with each other that will last them a life time.

The minds of children, contrary to our beliefs, are open. Friendships are formed on face values without any expectations. It becomes the responsibility of the school to ensure that all children put under its care are taught the importance of inculcating right ethics. These are urgent in order to develop as an individual, both mentally and emotionally. With us, the students learn to be upright and honest, they understand respect, they are taught to differentiate right from wrong and have the courage to stand up for what is correct.

A word of advice to our students - the school takes on the responsibility of nurturing children and helps open their minds to the wonders of life. All of you are special and we want you to take pride in achievement. 

Each job is a self portrait of the person who does it, autograph your work with excellence. 

You are to the manor born, so to speak, for you lack for nothing. Think of others who are not as fortunate as you. Learn to excel, value people and individual judgment, be gentle, develop firm opinions, purge your heart of grudges, and work for a better tomorrow. Take pride in what you have, in your school, your city, your nation. Grow up to be responsible citizens. Success cannot be measured by material achievement alone, your contribution to the world and society matters more than what you get out of it. 

At the end I would like to thank all the parents who have reposed faith in our institution and the ideals it stands for. Let me assure you that your loved ones are in safe hands. Our staff understands the ethos of the school and help in guiding and encouraging the children and I am sure that the children will make both you and us proud.
 
Scholars’ International School and Sharan College has been educating students  since 2004, and though much has changed over the years, our mission remains the same. I came across this amazing quote quite suddenly when I was looking for some information in the internet and realized how relevant it is for all of us: children, parents and teachers. There is never any point in the life of a person when he can sit back and say. “There is nothing more to learn, I can relax with the comforting thought that the universe around me is an open book. I know it all.”
 
Today when the school is in the 16th year of a successful academic pursuit, having achieved equal excellence in many other areas that compliment a child's full growth, I congratulate all my team for being an important part of this worthwhile voyage.

We encourage our students to think out of the box, explore new opportunities to success / become a better person in life – With this intention we have introduced, language labs, world class co-curricular activities and interactive lessons on national and global issues / events / politics.   
 
Our focus is to develop our students as global citizens, with tolerance, respect and appreciation of diverse cultures and religions for a life-time learning experience. They should be self-motivated, independent, confident decision makers to take up a leadership roles in future.
At Sharan College of Education we arm our students with technological supremacy and help them integrate it with values, morals and our cultural legacy. The school curriculum has been painstakingly planned on scientific guidelines to provide students with intellectual stimulation, physical robustness, social adaptability, emotional independence and leadership qualities. My message to the Principals, Staff, Students and esteemed Parents of Sharan College of Education to dedicate this year to a correct understanding of what is education i.e. Education is the process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, beliefs, and habits. It can take place in formal or informal settings and any experience that has a formative effect on the way one thinks, feels, or acts may be considered educational.
 
While I am unwavering towards my goal to make the world a beautiful place to live, I urge your collaboration and guidance to fasten the process.
